circa 1930s-40s 10k ROSE AND GREEN GOLD shell cameo. This cameo is marked on the bail 10k. The mounting is all rose gold with the leaf pattern sides green gold. The cameo is hand carved shell.

no chips no cracks/hairlines to cameo and no damage or wear issues to the mounting.
