Description
This will work with the new Vendetta 2 Range finder. On the crossbow pictured it had a little over 5/8 inch clearance between the Vendetta 2 and the scope windage adjustment cap. This will NOT work with the original Vendetta. The arm on the new Vendetta 2 is longer and if used with my standard length mount that is 3/8 inch longer, the gap will be a little over 1 inch.
This is a Aluminum mounting bracket to mount a Leupold Vendetta 2 Rangefinder to a crossbow or any weapon with a Picatinny or Weaver rail. It is pictured mounted to a TenPoint HLX crossbow, NOT INCLUDED. It is .175 of an inch thick to fit between the scope and rail. Proudly made in the USA. Crossbow and rangefinder not included. This mount will get the rangefinder as close to the rail as it can get. I do offer 1/2 inch extensions to fit these so they will also work on the original Vendetta or if for some reason you need more clearance.
NOTE:
IF YOUR NEW GEN 2 VENDETTA WILL NOT FIT BECAUSE THE DOVETAIL IS TOO TIGHT, TAKE OUT THE SCREW, TURN IT AROUND AND THREAD IT THRU THE OTHER SIDE AND PLACE A PENNY IN THE SLOT. TIGHTEN THE SCREW ONTO THE PENNY AND YOU SHOULD SEE THE DOVETAIL OPEN UP. MY NEW GEN 2 WAS CRUSHED FROM THE FACTORY.
