early hand made store display probably for sewing fabric ladies clothes
All wood, couple layers of paint
1. over all very good condition
2. her arms move
3. nothing is broken
4. all original
5. the blue paint is very chalky, rubs off
6. under the blue is old white
7. the round base is very weathered, looks like it was sitting in water
8. her face was painted at one time
9. her hair was also painted
10. stands well, does not wobble
11. very sturdy
12. very tiny chip on her nose
